Bubble Charts

Bubble charts are like scatter charts: they show (x, y) points, with circles or other marker symbols. But each point has also another dimension, represented by the size of the “bubble“. Use BubbleCharts keyword to locate all bubble chart templates from this post.

We implement at this moment the following basic types of bubble charts:

Here are some examples for each type, from various chart applications, using opaque bubble colors:

Semi-Transparent Bubbles

This style shows bubbles with hard border colors, but the inner color is semi-transparent:

Transparent Bubbles

Transparent bubbles have no inner color, it’s like all bubbles have just a border, but otherwise they are fully transparent:

Gradient Bubbles

These bubbles look like in 3D, with a lightning effect, but they may appear in both 2D and 3D charts:
